about me

I believe creation, inspired by the world around us, is part of human nature. That’s why I’m drawn to the outdoors, meaningful connections, and continuous learning — values that shape both who I am and how I work. My curiosity extends across a wide range of interests, from video games to songwriting and -composing, videography and editing. At my core, I’m a lifelong learner.

Through my education and 7+ years hands-on experience, I have developed a broad range of skills in working with people and organisations. Besides English I am fluent in German and Dutch and can support your team in the following areas:

  • Organising: Coordinate teams and events (e.g. booking facilities, flights, etc)

  • Compliance: Administration, bookkeeping, payroll and employment law (NL, BEL, NOR, SE & DE), GDPR guideline and launching new international markets, system integration

  • Talent Management: Learning and development initiatives, designing and implementing surveys and identifying organisational challenges.

  • Recruiting: On- & offboarding, employee lifecycle, talent acquisition

  • Engagement & Partnerships: developing partnerships, representing the company and product (e.g. fairs etc)

  • Research and Marketing: See below

People, Relations and Payroll

Research

Statistics has always been one of my favourite areas. Combined with psychology, it allows me to research, design surveys, and analyse data to better understand human behaviour and support informed decision-making. Doesn’t hurt that I am curious about various topics and enjoy writing as well.

Thesis “Between freedom and control: This study examines the extent to which generative AI affects work motivation and whether decision-making autonomy mediates this relationship. The sample size includes 178 employees in the DACH area.

Research Project “Domestic Energy Consumption prediction for the Netherlands“: The goal of this project was to understand how various factors influence the electricity consumption in the Netherlands. For this machine learning was used to predict future consumption.

Seminar Paper “How to kill a silverfish”: This paper explores the ethical considerations of insects, with a specific focus on Lepisma saccharina order Zygentoma or more commonly referred to as silverfish.

Branding, Marketing, Art

I work on projects that translate ideas into meaningful visuals and narratives that connect with people in a genuine way. My experience ranges from social media management and brand design to videography, photography, and editing. One important aspect of my work is ensuring inclusivity and diversity are reflected in both the process and the final output.

BeeWee

An arcade-like game, with a vibrant and joyful art style, where the player controls a bee swarm and explores the map from a top-down perspective. The purpose of the game is to raise awareness for bees suffering in our environment. I contributed with art, inclusivity design and audio used in the game.

Safe Spot

SafeSpot is a safety tool that takes advantage of simplicity and the infrastructure of the city in which one is located. The winner of the “Tech for good” Hackathon 2021 was a team effort by me and two other strong women. I contributed with design, back-end coding and pitching the final project to the jury.

Let’s work together

Feel free to reach out if you're interested in my work or want to connect. I’m always excited to explore new ideas and opportunities.
